Document Printing - $0.50 per page
Documents can be printed prior to the appointment if needed. This service is helpful for clients who receive documents electronically and need them printed for signing.
Document Scanning & Digital Return - $10
Signed documents can be scanned and returned electronically upon request for quick delivery to attorneys, lenders, or other parties.
After-Hours Appointments - $20
Appointments outside of regular business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) may be available to accommodate busy schedules.
Late Night/Emergency Appointments - $40
Appointments After 8pm can be available for an additional convenience fee.
Weekend Appointments- $20
Weekend appointments can be available to accommodate urgent needs and busy schedules for an additional convenience fee.
Courier & Shipping Assistance - $25+
Documents can be prepared for shipment through common carriers if they need to be sent to a title company, law office, or other destination. Price will increase based on shipping fee.
Extended Wait Time - $25 per 30 min
A brief waiting period may be included with each appointment. Additional wait time beyond 15 minutes may incur an additional fee.
Providing a Witness - $30
If your document requires a witness and you are unable to provide them, witness services may be arranged upon request. Witnesses must be present during the signing and meet the legal requirements for witnessing documents. Additional fees apply per witness.
